Our team
We are a small Minnesota based restaurant company. Our first Porter Creek opened in 2010 in Burnsville MN. We have 3 concepts, 6 restaurants and after over 30 years, we’re still growing. Our owners, Lynn Reimer & John Sheehan, come to work every day and have a hands-on approach just like we do, striving for that extra degree. We are Roca Restaurants.
We believe in serving the very best food with the very best hospitality as if we were serving the guest in our own home. We believe in training and providing the tools for success, and if you so desire, the opportunity for growth. We believe in principle-centered leadership—doing the right thing instead of doing things right. We believe in giving back to the community, in helping children and their families, and find creative ways to meet those needs. This is our culture.
We also believe breaking bread together offers one of life’s simplest pleasures, the chance to come together over a great meal. Excellent food inspires us! Every item on our menu has been carefully chosen and designed by our chef team, for us, and for you. From the aromas, mesmerizing flame, the warmth of the fire, our rotisserie is our secret weapon! We are driven to provide the best quality dining experience in the casual theme market. This is our mission.
Our specialty
Hospitality is our craft! We believe in rolling out the red carpet for our guests as if they were a guest in our own home. We specialize in being a go-to neighborhood restaurant, as well as a favorite restaurant for celebrations!
Porter Creek is rooted in American tradition while drawing inspiration from the Napa Valley. From jeans to cocktail dresses, every one will be comfortable at Porter Creek. We serve our menu beginning at 11 am daily. Reservations accepted, not required. Private Room available for private and semi-private events. Enjoy our outdoor bar year-round with in-floor heat and a fireplace - enjoy all of the seasons at Porter Creek!
Citizen for Life
We find great satisfaction in being an excellent citizen in the communities that we serve. Our primary objective is to identify needs of children and then find creative ways to meet those needs.
Porter Creek will donate $1 from every piece of our Banana Ice Cream Cake sold to benefit the local community. Our Citizen for Life recipients include:
